Tire Changing

Nickel plated valve core must be replaced with every tire change.

Metal valve and wheel electronics can be reused

- Let air out of tire by removing the nickel plated valve core.

- Perform a visual inspection for loose or damaged parts. If there are loose threaded connections, replace the entire valve unit.

Damaged wheel electronics must be replaced.

- Install the new nickel plated valve core.

- Fill the tire, reinstall the plastic cap.

- Balance the tire.

Roll or press the tire off.

When using pressure paddles, first separate the tire from the side opposite of the valve.

Do not use pressure paddles in the hatched area - a -.

- Position the mounting head near the valve so that so that tire iron can be put on approximately 30 degrees - b - next to the tire valve.

- Then remove the tire in the valve area first.

Do not use pressure paddles in valve area.

- Position the wheel electronics approximately 180 degrees opposite of the mounting head.

- Press the tire in the bed approximately 90 degrees in front of the mounting head - arrow -.

- Mount the tire.
