Headlamp Washer System Spray Nozzles

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Hose clamps up to 25 mm (3094)

• Drip tray

Removing





- Remove the appropriate front wheel housing liner.

- Clamp off the windshield washer fluid hose - 1 - with hose clamps (3094).

• Lay a cloth under the point of separation to catch any washer fluid.





- Press release button and detach the fluid hose - 5 -.

- Release the retaining springs - 1 - and - 2 - on the spray nozzle upward while pulling the nozzle - 4 - back out of the mount - 3 - - arrow -.

Installing





Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- The retaining springs - 3 - and - 4 - on the spray nozzle - 2 - can only engage audibly if the side guide - 1 - is seated correctly in the mount - 5 -.

- Install front wheel housing liner.
