Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Drip Tray

Removing






- Open the cap on the filler neck.

- Remove the right front wheel.

- Remove the rear section of the front wheel housing liner..

- Place a drip tray under the windshield washer fluid reservoir.

- Open the clip and remove the windshield washer fluid hose - 8 - from the windshield washer pump.

- Disconnect the connectors - 1 - and - 7 -.

- Remove the wiring harness - 5 - and the windshield washer fluid hose - 2 - from the mounts on the windshield washer fluid reservoir.

- Remove the nut - 6 - and screw - 3 -.

- Swivel the lower windshield washer fluid reservoir - 4 - forward just a little.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 -.






- Open the clip - arrow - and remove the washer fluid hose - 2 - for the headlamp washer system from the hose coupling.

- Remove the windshield washer fluid reservoir - 3 -.

Installing






• Tightening specification. Refer to=> [ Washer Fluid Reservoir, Lines and Nozzle Overview ] Removal and Replacement.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Make sure the securing tab - 4 - fits all the way into the grommet - 3 - on the body when installing the windshield washer fluid reservoir - 2 -.

- Tighten the screw - 1 - and the nut - 5 -.

- Install the rear section of the front wheel housing liner..
