Washer Fluid Reservoir Filler Neck

Removing






- Remove the seal - 3 -.

- Remove the clips - 1 - from the mounts and remove plenum chamber cover - 2 -.

- Remove the nut - 3 - and screw - 2 -.






- Remove the filler neck - 1 - with filler tube from the washer fluid reservoir and the body opening - arrow -.

Installing






• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Windshield Washer System Overview ] Windshield Washer System Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Slide the sealing grommet - 2 - on the filler neck tube - 1 - as far as the stop.

• The tab - 3 - must fit into the opening - arrow - on the filler tube.

- Slide the filler neck into the washer fluid reservoir.

• Make sure the O-ring is not crushed or deformed when sliding it into the washer fluid reservoir.
