Preliminary Diagnosis - Battery Message

The following messages turn on when abnormal system voltages are detected by the PCM or IPC.
^ BATTERY VOLTS LOW,
^ BATTERY VOLTS HIGH
^ BATTERY NO CHARGE
^ SERVICE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
