Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side (LHD)

Removal Procedure

Warning:
Refer to Safety Glasses Warning Safety Glasses Warning.


1. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement Service and Repair.





2. Remove the left side floor air outlet duct to instrument panel (I/P) retainer retaining screws (3).

3. Remove left side floor air outlet duct (2) from the HVAC module assembly (1).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the left side floor air outlet duct (2) to the HVAC module assembly (1).

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the left side floor air outlet duct to I/P retainer retaining screws (3) and tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

3. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement Service and Repair.
