Normal Operation
During normal operation, the washer pump motor is powered through an internal relay in the wiper motor using circuit CRW14 (BU/WH). The multi-function switch provides input to the windshield wiper motor through circuit CRW07 (GY/BN) to activate the washer. The washer pump motor is grounded at all times through circuit GD123 (BK/GY) early build or GD120 (BK/WH) late build.

Possible Causes
- Washer pump motor
- Open in circuit CRW07 (GY/BN), CRW14 (BU/WH), GD123 (BK/GY) early build or GD120 (BK/WH) late build
