Steering Wheel Controls









Removal and Installation

1. Remove the driver air bag module. For additional information, refer to Supplemental Restraint System Driver Air Bag Module.

2. Disconnect the steering wheel controls electrical connector.

3. Remove the steering wheel bezel box.

1. Remove the 4 screws.

2. Release the top 2 tabs.

3. Release the bottom 2 tabs.





4. NOTICE: Lightly hand-tighten the screws. Do not use power tools. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the bezel box or steering wheel controls switch.

Remove the 4 screws and separate the steering wheel bezel box from the steering wheel controls bezel.

- Carefully separate the steering wheel bezel box from the steering controls bezel. Be sure not to break the tabs between the bezels.

5. Remove the 2 screws, release the tabs, and separate the steering wheel controls from the bezel.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
