The central junction box (CJB) provides voltage to the GEM through circuits 29-AA17 (OG/WH) and 29-DK20 (OG/GN).

The central junction box (CJB) provides voltage to the GEM through circuits 29-AA17 (OG/WH) and 29-DK20 (OG/GN).

The GEM is grounded through circuits 31-DK20 (BK) and 91-DK20 (BK/RD).

The GEM connects to the data link connector (DLC) through the international standards organization (ISO) 9141 communications network, circuit 8-EE9 (WH/GN).

Possible Causes
- fuse(s)
- circuit 29-AA17 (OG/WH) open or short to ground
- circuit 29-DK20 (OG/GN) open or short to ground
- circuit 31-DK20 (BK) open
- circuit 91-DK20 (BK/RD) open
