Normal Operation
The generic electronic module (GEM) receives voltage on circuit 29-AA17 (OG/WH) and ground on circuits 31-DK20 (BK) and 91-DK20 (BK/BU). The GEM monitors the door lock control switches and supplies voltage on circuit 32-AA59 (WH/BK) and grounding circuit 33-AA59 (YE/BK) to unlock all the doors. The GEM monitors the door lock control switches and supplies voltage on circuit 33-AA59 (YE/BK), and ground on circuit 32-AA59 (WH/BK) to lock all the doors.
Possible Causes

- circuit 29-AA17 (OG/WH) open or short to ground
- circuit 31-DK20 (BK) open or short to voltage
- circuit 32-AA59 (WH/BK) open, short to ground or short to voltage
- circuit 33-AA59 (YE/BK) open, short to ground or short to voltage
- circuit 91-DK20 (BK/BU) open or short to voltage
- door latch(es)
