Normal Operation
When the fog lamp relay is energized, the bussed electrical center (BEC) routes voltage through circuit 2024 (VT/OG) to the headlamp switch.

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Headlamp switch
- BEC
