Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Module









Removal and Installation

1. Remove the Front Display Interface Module (FDIM). For additional information, refer to Information and Entertainment Systems Front Display Interface Module (FDIM).

2. NOTE: Vehicles equipped with Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (EATC) have 2 HVAC module electrical connectors. Vehicles equipped with Electronic Manual Temperature Control (EMTC) have 1 HVAC module electrical connector.

Disconnect the 2 HVAC module electrical connector(s).

3. Release the HVAC module retaining clips and remove the HVAC module.

4. NOTE: Be sure that all HVAC module electrical connectors are securely fastened before installing the center instrument panel finish panel.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
