Fuel Joint Block Replacement
WARNING
Compressed natural gas is flammable and highly explosive. You could be killed or seriously injured if leaking natural gas is ignited.
Stop the engine, and keep heat, sparks, and flames away.
1. Remove the fuel tank. Removal and Replacement
2. Remove the fuel pipe duct (A), then remove the fuel pipes (B) from the fuel tank, and disconnect the connector (C).
NOTE: Always use two wrenches when removing or installing fuel pipe nuts. Testing and Inspection
3. Remove the fuel joint duct (A), and the fuel pipes (B).

4. Disconnect the FTP sensor connector (C) and the FTT sensor connector (D).
5. Remove the connectors (A).
NOTE: Always use two wrenches when removing or installing fuel pipe nuts. Testing and Inspection
6. Remove the FTT sensor (B), the FTP sensor (C), and the bolts (D).
7. Apply silicone oil or poly alkylene glycol (PAG) oil to the new O-rings (E), and carefully install them into their proper positions. Service and Repair
8. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
9. Do the leak inspection procedure. Testing and Inspection
