Air Cleaner Housing: Service and Repair

Air Cleaner Removal/Installation

1. Disconnect the MAF sensor/IAT sensor connector (A).





2. Remove the harness clamps (B) and the bolts (C).

3. Loosen the band (D), then remove the air cleaner housing (E).

4. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

- '08-10 models: Before you torque the hose clamp screw (F), align the edge of the clamp (G) with the painted mark (H).
- '11 model: After you torque the hose clamp screw (I), make sure the clearance (J) is less than 0.04 in (1.0 mm).
