A/C Condenser Fan Motor Removal and Installation

Removal

1. Cooling Guide





1. Remove the cooling guide (A).

2. Intake Air Resonator





1. Remove the intake air resonator.

3. Intake Air Pipe





1. Remove the intake air pipe.

4. Radiator Mounting Bracket





1. Remove the radiator mount upper brackets/cushions (A), and the brackets (B).

5. Bulkhead - Move





1. Disconnect the connectors (A).

2. Remove the harness clamps (B).





3. Remove the bulkhead (A).

6. A/C Condenser Fan Shroud Assy





1. Remove the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly (A).

7. A/C Condenser Fan





1. Remove the A/C condenser fan (A) from the A/C condenser fan motor (B).

8. A/C Condenser Fan Motor





1. Remove the A/C condenser fan motor (A) from the A/C condenser fan shroud (B).

Installation

1. A/C Condenser Fan Motor





1. Install the A/C condenser fan motor (A) to the A/C condenser fan shroud (B).

2. A/C Condenser Fan





1. Install the A/C condenser fan (A) to the A/C condenser fan motor (B).

3. A/C Condenser Fan Shroud Assy





1. Install the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly (A).

4. Bulkhead - Move





1. Install the bulkhead (A).





2. Install the harness clamps (A).

3. Connect the connectors (B).

5. Radiator Mounting Bracket





1. Install the radiator mount upper bracket/cushion (A), and the brackets (B).

6. Intake Air Pipe





1. Install the intake air pipe.

7. Intake Air Resonator





1. Install the intake air resonator.

8. Cooling Guide





1. Install the cooling guide (A).
