Fuel Fill Pipe Removal and Installation
Removal
1. Fuel Filler Cap
1. Remove the fuel fill cap to relieve the pressure in the fuel tank.
2. Vehicle Lift
1. Raise the vehicle on a lift, and make sure it is securely supported.
3. LEFT REAR TIRE AND WHEEL - REMOVAL
1. Remove the left rear wheel.
4. Fuel Fill Pipe
1. Disconnect the quick-connect fittings (A) from the fuel fill pipe. Slide back the clamp, then twist the hose as you pull to avoid damaging it.
2. Remove the fuel fill pipe (B).
Installation
1. Fuel Fill Pipe
1. Install the fuel fill pipe (A).
2. Connect the quick-connect fittings (B) to the fuel fill pipe.
NOTE: Before connecting the fuel fill pipe, check for dirt, and clean it if needed. Take care not to damage the fuel fill pipe and other parts.
2. LEFT REAR TIRE AND WHEEL - INSTALLATION
1. Install the left rear wheel.
NOTE: Before installing the wheel, clean the mating surfaces between the brake disc or the brake drum and the inside of the wheel.
3. Fuel Filler Cap
1. Install the fuel fill cap.
