Windshield Washer Reservoir: Service and Repair

Washer Reservoir Replacement

1. Remove the front bumper Service and Repair.

2. Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the washer motor (B), and disconnect the 2P connector (C) from the washer fluid level switch (D) (Canada model).





NOTE: The illustration shows Canada model.





3. Disconnect the washer tube(s) (E), then if necessary, remove the washer motor.

NOTE: Fluid may flow out of the opening.

4. Canada model:

Remove the bolts (A) and the clip (B), then remove the washer reservoir (C).






5. Remove the washer fluid level switch (D).

6. USA model:

Remove the bolts (A) and the clip (B), then remove the washer reservoir (C).






7. Install the washer reservoir in the washer reverse order of removal. Fill the reservoir, and check the washer motor operation.
