BATTERY TRAY

Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove battery and battery tray liner. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Removal and Installation.
2.Remove air cleaner assembly. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Removal and Installation.
3.Disconnect harness connector and then remove ECM.
4.Disconnect the harness connector from the transmission control module (TCM). Refer to "Removal and Installation" Removal and Installation.
5.Remove the ECM bracket.
6.Remove the battery tray bolts and battery tray.
7.Remove the battery tray support bolts and battery tray support.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Reset electronic systems as necessary. Refer to "ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REMOVING BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL : Special Repair Requirement" Programming and Relearning.
