P1: Check Ground Continuity

With EM010, EM011, PI006 PI004 and PI042 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM010/020 and PI006/001

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to P2 P2: Check ECM Ground
No
Inspect EM010, PI001 and PI006 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/splice PIS01 and EMS02. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
