Measure the resistance between EM013/028 and PI017/002

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to E5 E5: Check Harness Signal Continuity
No
Inspect EM013 and PI017 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness/connector PI001/021. Test the system for normal operation.
