With PI033 connected, measure the voltage between EM014/008 and EM014/005 Repeat for EM014/008 and EM014/006

- Is the voltage > 0 (zero)V?
Yes
Inspect connectors EM014, PI033 and PI002 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
