Oxygen sensor heater circuit high resistance, downstream sensors (Driving Cycle C)
Possible causes by suggested order of priority:
- Satellite fusebox 1, Fuse F3
- Connectors C1032, C1017, C508, C112, C113, C1019, C1020.
- Circuit integrity C508/8 (WG) - C112/3 (WG) - C113/3 (WG).
- Circuit integrity C508/8 (WG) - C1019/3 (WG) - C1020/3 (WG).
- Circuit integrity C1032/21 (WO) - C112/4 (WO) - C113/4 (WO).
- Circuit integrity C1032/28 (WU) - C1019/4 (WU) - C1020/4 (WU).
- Circuit integrity C1017/32 (RB) - C112/2 (NU) - C113/2 (YB).
- Circuit integrity C1017/32 (RB) - C1019/2 (NW) - C1020/2 (U).
- Circuit integrity C1017/34 (GR) - C112/1 (GR).
- Circuit integrity C1017/33 (OG) - C113/1 (OG).
- Circuit integrity C1017/17 (GW) - C1019/1 (GW).

- Check for fuse not correctly inserted, fuse blown, fuse connections loose, damaged or corroded.
- Certain diagnostics may also perform further checks to try and narrow down the fault. Eg Check if other circuits fed by the same fuse are also experiencing problems
Connectors C1032, C1017, C508, C112, C113, C1019, C1020.
- Check for connector not correctly latched, backed out pins, damaged pins, corroded pins

- Check for open circuit, short circuit to ground, supply or other circuit, damaged or unlatched connector, intermediate connectors or headers
Circuit integrity C508/8 (WG) - C1019/3 (WG) - C1020/3 (WG).
- Check for open circuit, short circuit to ground, supply or other circuit, damaged or unlatched connector, intermediate connectors or headers
Circuit integrity C1032/21 (WO) - C112/4 (WO) - C113/4 (WO).
- Check for open circuit, short circuit to ground, supply or other circuit, damaged or unlatched connector, intermediate connectors or headers
Circuit integrity C1032/28 (WU) - C1019/4 (WU) - C1020/4 (WU).
- Check for open circuit, short circuit to ground, supply or other circuit, damaged or unlatched connector, intermediate connectors or headers

- Check for open circuit, short circuit to ground, supply or other circuit, damaged or unlatched connector, intermediate connectors or headers

- Check for open circuit, short circuit to ground, supply or other circuit, damaged or unlatched connector, intermediate connectors or headers

- Check for open circuit, short circuit to ground, supply or other circuit, damaged or unlatched connector, intermediate connectors or headers
Left Front Oxygen Sensor Heater
- Oxygen sensor heater resistance.
- Exhaust system should be at normal operating temperature.
PASS VALUES: 4 to 19 Ohms.
Right Front Oxygen Sensor Heater
- Oxygen sensor heater resistance.
- Exhaust system should be at normal operating temperature.
PASS VALUES: 4 to 19 Ohms.
Left Rear Oxygen Sensor Heater
- Oxygen sensor heater resistance.
- Exhaust system should be at normal operating temperature.
PASS VALUES: 4 to 19 Ohms.
Right Rear Oxygen Sensor Heater
- Oxygen sensor heater resistance.
- Exhaust system should be at normal operating temperature.
PASS VALUES: 4 to 19 Ohms.
Left Front Oxygen Sensor
- The oxygen sensor voltage should be switching between 0V and 5V under normal closed loop fuelling control.
- If the sensor is not seen switching, snap open the throttle. The sensor should then be seen to start switching.
PASS VALUES: Sensor voltage should switch between 0V and 5V.
Right Front Oxygen Sensor
- The oxygen sensor voltage should be switching between 0V and 5V under normal closed loop fuelling control.
- If the sensor is not seen switching, snap open the throttle. The sensor should then be seen to start switching.
PASS VALUES: Sensor voltage should switch between 0V and 5V.
Left Rear Oxygen Sensor
- The oxygen sensor voltage should be switching between 0V and 5V under normal closed loop fuelling control.
- If the sensor is not seen switching, snap open the throttle. The sensor should then be seen to start switching.
PASS VALUES: Sensor voltage should switch between 0V and 5V.
Right Rear Oxygen Sensor
- The oxygen sensor voltage should be switching between 0V and 5V under normal closed loop fuelling control.
- If the sensor is not seen switching, snap open the throttle. The sensor should then be seen to start switching.
PASS VALUES: Sensor voltage should switch between 0V and 5V.
