DTC C2176/76 - Receiver Error

DESCRIPTION

When the tire pressure warning ECU is detected to internal data error, DTC C2176/76 is stored.






INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
- When replacing the tire pressure warning ECU, read the IDs stored in the ECU using the Techstream and write them down before removal.
- It is necessary to perform the initialization Initialization after the registration Registration of the transmitter IDs into the tire pressure warning ECU if the ECU has been replaced.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK DTC (C2176/76)
(a) Clear the DTC Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
(c) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, check for DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
OK:
DTC C2176/76 is not output.
NG -- REPLACE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU
