DTC 1-2 - Option Configuration Error

DESCRIPTION

This DTC is output if the mayday ECU assembly has a writing error while downloading information from the LEXUS Link call center.






INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK MAYDAY ECU ASSEMBLY
(a) Press the "SERVICES" button and check the LEXUS Link condition with the LEXUS Link call center.
OK:
System operates normally.
NG:
Current DTC 1-2 exists.
NOTE:
If replacement of the ECU is necessary, replace the mayday battery (backup battery) together with the ECU. After the replacement, register the ECU Programming and Relearning.
