LIGHTING (EXT): LIGHTING SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU
TERMINALS OF ECU
1. CHECK AFS ECU
(a) Disconnect the E91 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(c) Reconnect the E91 ECU connector.
(d) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
2. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK LH)
(a) Disconnect the 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, E1, E2 and E3 ECU connectors.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(c) Reconnect the E1 and 2B ECU connectors.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- *1: for U.S.A.
- *2: for except U.S.A.
- If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
3. CHECK NO. 2 MAIN BODY ECU
(a) Disconnect the L33 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
4. CHECK OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU
(a) Disconnect the I17 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(c) Reconnect the I17 ECU connector.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
5. CHECK MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the R7 and R12 light connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side
(c) Reconnect the R7 and R12 light connectors.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side
