Intuitive Parking Assist System

PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: INTUITIVE PARKING ASSIST SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK CLEARANCE WARNING ECU (w/o Side Monitor System)





(a) Disconnect the F52 connector from the ECU.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to value(s) in the table below.





(c) Reconnect the F52 connector to the ECU.

(d) Measure the voltage, resistance and check for pulses according to value(s) in the table below.





(e) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 1.

(1) Waveform 1 (Reference)









(f) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 2.

(1) Waveform 2 (Reference)









2. PARKING ASSIST ECU (w/ Side Monitor System)





(a) Disconnect the F54 connector from the ECU.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to value(s) in the table below.





(c) Reconnect the F54 connector to the ECU.

(d) Measure the voltage, resistance and check for pulses according to value(s) in the table below.





(e) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 1.

(1) Waveform 2 (Reference)









(f) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 2.

(1) Waveform 1 (Reference)
