2GR-FXE ENGINE MECHANICAL: DRIVE BELT: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION (w/ Air Suspension)

NOTICE:
Be sure to read Precaution thoroughly before servicing Air Suspension System.

2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL RH

3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH

4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH

5. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT

(a) Release the V-ribbed belt tension by turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner counterclockwise, and remove the V-ribbed belt from the V-ribbed belt tensioner.





(b) While turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner counterclockwise, align with its holes, and then insert a 5 mm bi-hexagon wrench into the holes to secure the V-ribbed belt tensioner.
