DTC P1572 - Improper Aiming of Radar Sensor Beam Axis

DESCRIPTION

This DTC is output when the scanning angle of the millimeter wave radar sensor is incorrect. This DTC is also output when the millimeter wave radar sensor beam axis is determined to be in an incorrect position.






INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE: When the millimeter wave radar sensor is replaced with a new one, adjustment of the radar sensor beam axis must be performed Adjustments.

PROCEDURE

1. ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR
(a) Adjust the millimeter wave radar sensor Adjustments.
NEXT -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK DTC
(a) Clear the DTC Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System.
(b) Turn the cruise control main switch on.
(c) Drive the vehicle at the require speed (45 km/h (27 mph) or higher).
(d) Check if the same DTC is recorded Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System.
