Removal

AUDIO / VISUAL: FRONT SIDE SPEAKER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG Disassembly

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL ASSEMBLY Disassembly

3. REMOVE COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY Disassembly

4. REMOVE DOOR ARMREST COVER Disassembly

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP Disassembly

7. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Remove the 4 screws and front No. 1 speaker assembly.

NOTICE:
Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.

8. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE Removal

9. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER Removal

10. REMOVE SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL Removal

11. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH Removal

12. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 clips.

HINT
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.





(b) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the No. 1 instrument panel speaker panel sub-assembly.

13. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and front No. 2 speaker assembly.





(b) Lift the front No. 2 speaker assembly and disconnect the connector to remove the front No. 2 speaker assembly.

NOTICE:
Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
