Removal





METER / GAUGE / DISPLAY: CLOCK: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION

NOTICE:
* After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
* When disassembling the clock assembly, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH Removal

5. REMOVE UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH Removal

6. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE CENTER LOWER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL Removal

10. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL PANEL WITH RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System) Removal

11. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (w/o Navigation System) Removal

12. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (w/o Navigation System) Removal

13. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System) Removal

14. REMOVE CLOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)

(a) Remove the 6 screws.





(b) Disengage the 5 claws and panel.





(c) Remove the 9 screws and cover.





(d) Disconnect the connector.





(e) Remove the clock sub-assembly.

15. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY WITH RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System) Removal

16. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (w/ Navigation System) Removal

17. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (w/ Navigation System) Removal

18. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System) Removal

19. REMOVE CLOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

(a) Disengage the 2 clips and remove the clock assembly as shown in the illustration.
