Test 1: Check actual value B17 (Intake air temperature sensor).

Test 3: Test signal voltage of component B17 (Intake air temperature sensor).
Test 4: Test internal resistance of component B17 (Intake air temperature sensor).

- Switch on ignition.

- Temperature of intake air: Communication with ECU required

2 Check plausibility of actual value B17 (Intake air temperature sensor) in control module N3/10 (ME-SFI control module).

Test prerequisite
- The actual value is not o.k.

Test sequence
- Switch off ignition.
- Detach socket at component B17 (Intake air temperature sensor).
- Switch on ignition.
- Confirmation OK

Status of relevant actual value:
- Temperature of intake air: Communication with ECU required

Specified value
- If the connection is unplugged at component B17 (Intake air temperature sensor), the value is approx. [50.3°C].

- Switch off ignition.
- Connect socket box to component N3/10 (ME-SFI control module).
