Check component B11/4 (Coolant temperature sensor).

Test 1: Check actual value B11/4 (Coolant temperature sensor).
Test 2: Test signal voltage of component B11/4 (Coolant temperature sensor).
Test 3: Test internal resistance of component B11/4 (Coolant temperature sensor).
