B210B STARTER CONTROL RELAY





Description
Starter control relay, integrated in IPDM E/R, permits the starter relay operation when in the N or P position. It is installed parallel to the starter relay.

DTC DETECTION LOGIC

NOTE:
If DTC B210B is displayed with DTC U1000, first perform the trouble diagnosis for DTC U1000. Body Control System With Intelligent Key System.






DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1. Turn ignition switch ON under the following conditions and wait 1 second or more.
- Selector lever is in the P or N position
- Do not depress brake pedal
2. Check "Self-diagnosis result" using CONSULT-III.
Is DTC detected?
YES - Go to SEE Diagnosis Procedure.
NO - INSPECTION END




Diagnosis Procedure
1.INSPECTION START
1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Check "Self-diagnosis result" for IPDM E/R using CONSULT-III.
3. Touch "ERASE".
4. Perform DTC Confirmation Procedure.

Is DTC detected?
YES - Replace IPDM E/R. Refer Removal And Installation With I-Key.
NO - INSPECTION END
