INTERIOR ROOM LAMP

Removal and Installation


FRONT ROOM/MAP LAMP ASSEMBLY (ALL EXCEPT SEDAN MODELS WITHOUT SUNROOF)

Removal





1.Release the metal clips and lower front edge of front room/map lamp assembly (1) down from the headlining. Slide front room/ map lamp assembly forward in vehicle to clear pawls at rear.
Arrow indicates: Vehicle front
Broken Square indicates: Metal clip
Broken Circle indicates: Pawl

2.Disconnect the connectors, then remove front room/map lamp assembly.
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Bulb or Lens Replacement





1.Remove front room/map lamp assembly lens or lenses (2) using a suitable tool (A), as necessary.
2.Pull bulb(s) (1) straight out to remove.

FRONT ROOM/MAP LAMP (SEDAN MODELS WITHOUT SUNROOF)

Removal
1.Remove the headlining. Refer to: Removal And Installation Sedan.

CAUTION:
Headlining must be removed before removing front room/map lamp assembly.





2.Release the tabs, then remove electrical harness and switches (A) from front room/map lamp assembly (1).





3.Release the 12 tabs Using a suitable tool and remove the retaining ring (1) from the front room/map lamp assembly and headlining.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Bulb or Lens Replacement





1.Remove the front room/map lamp assembly lens or lenses (2) as necessary, using a suitable tool (A).
2.Pull bulb(s) (1) straight out to remove.

VANITY MIRROR LAMP (If Equipped)

Removal
The vanity mirror lamp is replaced as part of the sunvisor assembly. Refer to: Removal And Installation Coupe (Coupe) or Removal And Installation Sedan (Sedan).
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Bulb or Lens Replacement





1.Remove the vanity mirror lamp lens or lenses (2) as necessary, using a suitable tool (A).

2.Pull bulb(s) (3) straight out to remove.

STEP LAMP

Removal










1.Insert a suitable tool between door finisher and step lamp lens/socket to release the pawls.
2.Disconnect the step lamp connector, then remove step lamp.
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Bulb Replacement
1.Remove the step lamp lens/socket.
2.Pull the bulb straight out to remove.

ROOM LAMP (Coupe)

The room lamp assembly is replaced as part of the headlining assembly. Refer to: Removal And Installation Coupe
Bulb Replacement





1.Release the pawls (B) using a suitable tool, and remove room lamp lens (3) from room lamp (2).
A: Metal clips
Broken Circle indicates: Pawl

2.Pull bulb (1) straight out to remove.

PERSONAL LAMP REAR (Sedan)

Removal





1.Release the pawls using a suitable tool, and remove personal lamp rear lens (3).
2.Release the retainer pawls and remove the personal lamp rear (1).





Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Bulb or Lens Replacement
1.Release the pawls using a suitable tool and remove personal lamp rear lens (3)





2.Pull bulb (2) straight out of personal lamp rear (1).
