Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the glove box assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement (LHD) (Service and Repair) .




2. Remove the floor air outlet duct to instrument panel (I/P) carrier retaining screw (2).
3. Remove the right side floor air outlet duct (3) from the HVAC module assembly (1).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the right side floor air outlet duct (3) to the HVAC module assembly (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the right side floor air outlet duct to I/P carrier retaining screw (1).

Tighten the screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the glove box assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement (LHD) (Service and Repair) .
