Rear Window Washer Hose Replacement - Pump to Endgate

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the right wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the right hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the right lower center pillar molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Remove the right rear upper quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
5. Remove the rear dome lamp. Refer to Dome Lamp Replacement (Service and Repair).




6. Remove the 2 push in retainers (2) from the rear of the headliner (1).




7. Disconnect the rear washer hose (9) from the rear washer pump.
8. Remove the rear washer hose end (9) out through the rubber conduit opening (12) under the right side of the instrument panel.
9. Pull the rear edge of the headliner down to gain access to the rear washer hose (9).
10. Disconnect the rear washer hose (9) from the washer nozzle hose (4).
11. Remove the rear washer hose (9) from inside of the rear roof panel.
12. Remove the rear washer hose (9) from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure

1. Position the rear washer hose (9) to the inner right side of the vehicle.




2. Route the rear washer hose (9) through the inside of the rear roof panel.
3. Connect the rear washer hose (9) to the rear washer nozzle hose (4).
4. Position the rear washer hose to the right rear quarter panel area and secure with tape.
5. Position the rear washer hose to the right sill area and secure with tape.
6. Install the rear washer hose (9) through the rubber conduit opening (12) in the right side of the instrument panel.
7. Connect the rear washer hose (9) to the rear washer pump.




8. Install the 2 push in retainers (2) to the rear of the headliner (1).
9. Install the rear dome lamp. Refer to Dome Lamp Replacement (Service and Repair).
10. Install the right rear upper quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
11. Install the right lower center pillar molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
12. Install the right hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
13. Install the right wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
