Function
In order to prevent the starter motor from meshing in when the engine is running, terminal 50 (starter motor) is routed via a relay.
The relay is triggered by the DME control module. When the ignition is switched on, the relay is triggered when rpm equals zero.
If a given speed threshold (depending upon the engine) is exceeded, the relay is switched off again.

Diagnosis conditions
- Battery voltage > 7 V
