Installation position of front wheel housing liner

1. Loosen servo valve line at the left wheel housing liner.
1.1. Pull servo valve wire harness off the left wheel housing liner at the retaining clips -arrows-.

2. Remove wheel housing liner.
2.1. Unscrew fastening screws -2-.
2.2. Screw fastening nuts -3- off the studs.
2.3. Release the wheel housing liner -1- close to the side direction indicator and in the area where the wheel housing liner meets the wing and remove it in -direction of arrow-.

Installation position of front wheel housing liner

1. Install wheel housing liner.
1.1. Fit wheel housing liner -1- in -direction of arrow- and align it.
1.2. Check wheel housing liner -1- close to the side direction indicator and along the wheel arch to make sure that it is seated correctly.
1.3. Tighten fastening screws -2- and fastening nuts -3-. => Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.) => Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.).

2. Secure servo valve line at the left wheel housing liner.
2.1. Route servo valve wire harness and push it onto the left wheel housing liner using the retaining clips -arrows-.
