Preliminary work

1. Remove cover for front seat.

2. For seats with air conditioning:
Remove suction fan for seat surface.

Removing heating element for front seat

1. For seats with air conditioning:
Carefully pull the heating pad -1- off the adhesive strips -2- on the padding.





Detaching heating pad

2. Remove heating pad.





Removing heating pad

2.1. Guide the wire harness -1- out of the gaps in the seat cushion -2- towards the front -A-.
2.2. Remove heating pad -3- together with the wire harness -1- ( -B- ).

Installing heating element for front seat

1. Route lines -1- for the heating pad -3- through the gaps in the seat cushion -2- towards the rear -A-.





Routing lines

2. Affix new adhesive strips -2- on the padding using double-sided adhesive tape and secure the heating pad -1-.





Replacing adhesive strips

Subsequent work

1. For seats with air conditioning:
Install suction fan for seat surface.

2. Install cover for front seat.
