Preliminary work

1. Remove padding for front backrest. -> 741719 Removing and installing padding for front backrest - section on "Removing" 741719 Removing and installing padding for front backrest

Removing control valve for air cushion

1. Release and pull off pressure line (red) -1- under the seat.





Disconnecting pressure line under seat

2. Pull the pressure line (red) through between the backrest frame and seat.
3. Release control valve pressure line (green) -3- from the air cushion pressure line (green) -2- and pull it off.

4. Unscrew two fastening screws from the backrest air cushion. -> 721719 Removing and installing air cushion for backrest - section on "Removing" 721719 Removing and installing air cushion for front backrest
5. Release the locks -2- on the control valve -1- ( -A- ) and remove the control valve -B-.





Disconnecting control valve

6. Release pressure line (blue) -3- from the control valve and pull it off.

7. Release electric plug connection -4- ( -a- ) and pull it off -A-.

Installing control valve for air cushion

1. Connect the pressure line (blue) -3- to the control valve.

2. Insert electric plug connection -4- ( -A- ) until the connector engages securely.
3. Fit the control valve -1- ( -A- ) and engage it in the locks -2-.

4. Screw in two fastening screws for the backrest air cushion. -> 721719 Removing and installing air cushion for backrest - section on "Installing" 721719 Removing and installing air cushion for front backrest
5. Connect control valve pressure line (green) -3- to the air cushion pressure line (green) -2-.

6. Pull the pressure line (red) through between the backrest frame and seat.
7. Fit the pressure line (red) -1- under the seat.

1. Install padding for front backrest. -> 741719 Removing and installing padding for front backrest - section on "Installing" 741719 Removing and installing padding for front backrest
