Remove cover in driver and passenger footwell. -> 702219 Removing and installing cover under dashboard - section on "Removing" 702219 Removing and installing cover under dashboard

Removing front footwell outlet vent

Removing front footwell outlet vent on driver's side





Installation position

1. Unscrew fastening screw -1-.





Removing driver's footwell outlet vent

2. Pull footwell outlet vent -2- out of connection piece for air guide -3- and remove it.

Removing front footwell outlet vent on passenger's side

1. Unscrew fastening screw -1-.





Removing passenger's footwell outlet vent

2. Pull footwell outlet vent -2- out of connection piece for air guide -3- and remove it.

Installing front footwell outlet vent

Installing front footwell outlet vent on driver's side

1. Insert footwell outlet vent -2- into connection piece for air guide -3- until it engages securely.





Installing driver's footwell outlet vent

2. Tighten fastening screw -1-.
=> Tightening torque: 3.2 Nm (2.5 ftlb.)

Installing front footwell outlet vent on passenger's side

1. Insert footwell outlet vent -2- into connection piece for air guide -3- until it engages securely.





Installing passenger's footwell outlet vent

2. Tighten fastening screw -1-.
=> Tightening torque: 3.2 Nm (2.5 ftlb.)

Subsequent work

1. Install cover in driver and passenger footwell. -> 702219 Removing and installing cover under dashboard - section on "Installing" 702219 Removing and installing cover under dashboard
