WIPER / WASHER: WASHER MOTOR (for Hatchback Rear Side): INSPECTION

1. INSPECT REAR WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the rear washer motor and pump connector.

HINT
The check should be performed with the rear washer motor and pump installed on the washer jar.

(b) Fill the washer jar with washer fluid.

(c) Check to ensure that the rear washer motor and pump operates when the battery voltage is applied between the terminals.

Specified Condition:





If the result is not as specified, replace the rear washer motor and pump assembly.
