Headlamp Washer Spray Nozzle Holder
Headlamp Washer Spray Nozzle Holder
Do not remove the spray nozzle lift cylinders by hand.
Depending on the design, a lift cylinder, which was manually removed, can jam up during the return stroke.
Do not manually push the lift cylinder back down; this will damage the lift cylinder.
A jammed lift cylinder will become functional again once it activated by the system.
Extend the lift cylinder only with water or air pressure.
Removing
- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.
- Extend the lift cylinder by operating the headlamp washer system and holding it.
- Unclip the cover cap - 1 - from the locking mechanisms - arrows - on spray nozzle holder.
- Lift lug - arrow - slightly and pull out spray nozzle holder.
Installing
