Windshield Washer Pump: Service and Repair

Windshield and Rear Window Washer Pump (V59)

The Windshield and Rear Window Washer Pump is installed on windshield washer and headlamp cleaning system tank in right wheel housing.

Removal

- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.

- Remove the windshield washer fluid reservoir for the windshield washers and the headlamp washers. Refer to => [ Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir ] Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir.

- Remove Windshield and Rear Window Washer Pump - 1 - from tank - arrow -.






Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Bleed headlamp washer system after completing assembly work. Refer to => [ Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding ] Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding.
