REGINA #4 Battery voltage missing



Conditions for fault message:
Fault message stored if voltage Is below 1.0 Volt.

Causes of fault:
Breakage in wire between #4 and battery

Fault symptom:
Diagnostic symptom does not function.

Disconnection of Volvo System Tester
- Disconnect the System Tester according to P1. P1. Connection of Volvo System Tester
^ Continue with Connection of measurement box PC2.

Connection of measurement box
- Connect the measurement box to Regina and check the chassis connections according to N1-N2. N. Measurement Box, Signal Description
^ Continue with Checking of voltage supply PC3.

Checking of voltage supply
Connect the control unit to the measurement box. Insert fuse no.1.
- Ignition on.
Connect a voltmeter between #4 and #5.
The voltmeter should show battery voltage

If the value is OK:
Intermittent fault.
^ Check the wire between #4 and the battery for loose connections according to CD. CD. Checking of Wiring

If the value differs:
^ Check the wire between #4 and the battery for breakage according to CD. CD. Checking of Wiring
