Checking Signal Lead (-)





- Ignition off.





- Disconnect combination relay 15-pin connector.





Connect an ohmmeter between combination relay 15-pin connector terminal 7 and #31 on test box.





Ohmmeter should read approx. 0 Ohms.

If reading is OK:
- Check it signal leads short-circuited to one another EL16. Checking If Signal Leads Short-Circuited to One Another [EL16]

If reading is incorrect:
- Check lead between combination relay 15-pin connector terminal 7 and control module #31 for open circuit as per HA2. Open Circuit [HA2]
