Checking Wheel Sensor

- Ignition off.

NOTE: Disconnect wheel sensor.

- For wheel sensor on front wheel: Remove wheel for better access.

- For wheel sensor on rear wheel: Remove wheel, brake caliper and brake disc as per KF Rear brake disc, replacement, for better access. Service and Repair

- Replace any wheels, brake calipers and brake discs removed after fault-tracing.





Check that wheel sensor is fitted tightly against shaft/hub. Remove any dirt between sensor and contact surface. Check that sensor tip looks undamaged.

If wheel sensor is OK:
- Check that pulse wheel is mounted properly, is not damaged, cracked etc. Repair as necessary.

If wheel sensor is loose or damaged:
- Reinstall loose wheel sensor as per NA. Front wheel sensor, replacement and NB. Rear wheel sensor, replacement. Replace wheel sensor if damaged. Service and Repair
