EH. Fault code 1-3-2 Regina

1-3-2 Battery voltage too high / too low



Conditions for fault code:
A fault code is set if the voltage at #9 is lower than 8 V or higher than 16 V for longer than 5 seconds after the engine has been started.

Causes of faults:
Poor battery.
Charging system overcharges or or does not charge at all.

Fault symptoms:
None.

Connection of measurement box
Connect the measurement box to Regina and check the chassis connections according to N1-N2. N. Measurement Box, Signal Description
^ Continue with Checking of voltage supply EH2

Checking of voltage supply
- Connect the control unit to the measurement box
- Insert fuse no.1.
- Start the engine.
Connect a voltmeter between #9 and #5 (ground).
The voltmeter should show battery voltage.

If the voltage differs:
^ Check the battery and charging system.
