C12 Verify Central Locking Motors Function

Verify locking function.
- Switch off ignition.
- Unlock all doors using the interior handles.
- Shut all doors.

- 1. Connect ground to pos. 88 on the relay base terminal, using a bridging connection from pos. 31.

- 2. Then apply battery voltage to pos. 87 on relay base terminal for approx. 2 seconds, using a bridging connection from pos. 30.








The central locking modules should go to locked position.

Verify unlocking function.




- Switch off ignition.
- 1. Connect ground to pos. 87 on the relay base terminal, using a bridging connection from pos. 31.
- 2. Then apply battery voltage to pos. 88 on relay base terminal for approx. 2 seconds, using a bridging connection from pos. 30.





The central locking modules should go to unlocked position.





If the central locking modules activate:

If the central locking modules do not activate:
- Continue to C13. C13 Checking the Central Locking Motors Windings
