C21 Checking Interior Lighting Ground Cable

- Switch off ignition.
- Remove central locking relay D/G.




- Dome light switch to the 0 position.




- Connect a voltmeter between pos. LA and pos. 31 on the relay base terminal.
The voltmeter should indicate approx. 0 V.

If value is OK:
- Replace the central locking relay.

If the reading is incorrect:
Short circuit to supply in cable between relay base terminal pos. LA and dome light 10/22:3.
- Correct fault or replace cable.
Verify functions with central locking relay installed. If the central locking is inoperable, install new central locking relay.
